INDIA BIKE WEEK – REFUND & CREDIT POLICY


General Policy
All ticket sales for India Bike Week (IBW) are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund and Credit Conditions

Event Cancellation
If India Bike Week is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, governmental regulations, or force majeure events), attendees will be offered:

  • A full refund of the ticket price (excluding service and processing fees), or

  • A credit towards future India Bike Week events.

Event Postponement
If the festival is postponed to a later date, all purchased tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event. Attendees unable to attend the revised dates may request a refund or credit towards a future IBW edition, subject to the discretion of the organizers.

Line-up or Programming Changes
India Bike Week offers a curated mix of live music, biking events, lifestyle showcases, and unique experiences.
Changes in performing artists, race formats, speakers, or scheduled activities do not qualify for refunds or credits, as these changes do not diminish the overall festival experience.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
Attendees are responsible for keeping tickets safe and secure.
IBW is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued in such cases.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THE CONTENTS OF THIS DECLARATION & INDEMNITY CAREFULLY. ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU NEED ANY CLARIFICATIONS. BY SIGNING THIS DECLARATION & INDEMNITY FORM YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS HEREOF AND AGREE TO THE DECLARATIONS & INDEMNITIES HEREUNDER. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND MAY BE USED IN A LEGAL DISPUTE.

ENTRY INTO IBW& THE WRISTBAND / TICKET POLICY:
• Each ticket & corresponding wristband entitles entry for 01 person only. Wristbands are valid for multiple entries into the India Bike Week (“Festival or Event”). Please keep your wristband on for all days that you have purchased tickets and want to attend the festival. Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders. Tickets are not transferrable & it is mandatory to present the Ticket in digital form or printed form along with the photo ID for entry into the premises.
• The bands are water resistant – however require care. Damaged, tampered, torn and removed wristbands will not be replaced and entry may be denied due to the same.
• Entry for children under twelve (12) years of age is free. (Identity/age proof required. A registered adult guardian must accompany minors at the festival).
• Security procedures, including frisking, bag searches & CCTV coverage remain the right of the organizers and will be exercised at the entry/exit gates and/or any place on the festival premises.
• Tickets and entry to the festival cannot be exploited by any person for re-sale, advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, prizes, competition, contests, etc. - without obtaining written consent of Orangefish Entertainment Private Ltd., the organizers.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, firearms, fireworks, laser devices, wooden or metal sticks, drones, glass bottles, licensed or otherwise will be allowed in the venue and patrons may be asked to leave the venue if found to be carrying any such items.
• Organizers reserve the exclusive right (without refund), to refuse admission or remove anyone (even if entered into the festival) who is found to be provoking, instigating or committing any act which may be construed as any offence or act of violence against the Organiser or its staff, other guests, or any other person/s within the festival premises or of committing or abetting or attempting any offence of a criminal nature or otherwise that is likely to harm the goodwill of the Event or harm the people attending the Event or violating any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein; behaving in a manner which has or is likely to hamper the safety or modesty of other person/s at the Event; causing or intending to cause disturbance and/or disruption in the decorum of the premises on the account of rude/violent behavior, use of derogatory/inflammatory language, verbal or physical intimidation, obscene or lewd acts & gestures, racial abuse, non-payment of bills, provoking and/or indulging in fights, whether acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise; refuse to comply with the Organiser(s) security searches;
• Any person seeking to use a void or invalid Ticket in order to gain access or provide entry in the Festival area will be considered to be a trespasser and will be removed forthwith and liable to legal action.
• The Organiser(s) reserves the right to conduct security searches at entry or at any time during the Event and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Organiser(s) may cause danger or disruption to other persons or the event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed in these Terms and Conditions.
• Guests at India Bike Week must adhere to a comfortable and socially acceptable attire.


ENTRY POLICY FOR BIKES IN THE FESTIVAL AREA
• Entry and exit for bikes in the festival parking area is on a first come first serve basis and is time-bound to the festival operational hours. Parking inside & outside around the festival premises is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner. Organiser(s) take no liability for theft, damage and security of any bikes inside & outside the festival venue. The Organisers do not provide any special security for bikes inside or outside festival venue.
• It is compulsory for all riders entering and exiting the festival to wear helmets. Entry into the festival may be prohibited to riders and pillions if they are not wearing helmets.
• Organisers reserve the right to provide specific sponsor bike manufacturers reserved parking.
• Parking in the festival area is limited – additional parking spaces are available outside the festival grounds.
• Riding in the active festival area beyond the parade pathway and parking areas is not allowed and will be permitted only if the Organiser gives you a specific Bike Band. These bike bands will be given only in cases of sponsorship entitlement, expo display or festival content bike and biking partners will be allowed to get their bikes into the venue.
• Entry into the Festival Area with bikes is allowed only for parking and participation in sub-events – any stunts, wheelies, burn outs in these designated parking areas or any other part of the Festival will not be permitted and can lead to losing the liberty of using this facility.
• Organiser(s) reserve the right to allow or reject any rider with his bike regardless of appointed brands and appropriate bike bands as per their discretion if found posing a risk to the health & safety of others and himself in the Festival Area.


FOOD & BEVERAGE AT THE FESTIVAL:
• Food and beverage brought from outside is strictly prohibited inside the Festival premises.
• Warning – Alcohol will be served at the Festival area on a chargeable basis to patrons who qualify the drinking age limit. Enrollment/Registration for the Event automatically indemnifies the Organiser(s), directors, officials, partners and sponsors from any incident caused due to patrons being under mild or heavy influence of Alcohol. Riding a motorcycle or any automobile at any time during the Event under the influence of Alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and is also against the law and is condemned by the Organiser(s). Any rider who is found to be guilty of riding under the influence of alcohol or any drug will be immediately removed from the Event premises and will further be penalized or handed over to the Local Police authorities.
• The Organiser do not take any responsibility for and shall not be held liable for any accidents in or outside the Festival premises involving a guest driving / riding under the influence of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. No damages or compensation will be paid by the Organisers to any guest or third party for hurt, injury, damage, death, damage to property, etc., in any accident while being under the influence of alcohol or due to any other situation.
• Alcohol will not be served to patrons under the legal drinking age (LDA). The Organisers do not take any responsibility to monitor minors attending the festival and are not responsible for any issues caused by minors drinking alcohol at the festival.
• If you intend to drink alcohol at the festival, Organisers recommend you use public transport or assign a designated driver to drive you to and from the festival grounds. Overnight parking at the festival will be allowed only in special cases and upon special request to the Organisers.
• Consumption and possession of narcotics and psychotropic drugs/substances/mixtures at the Festival is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics or psychotropic drugs at the event will be immediately handed over to the anti narcotic police.

PROGRAMING AT THE FESTIVAL:
• The Organiser(s) reserves the right to change or cancel any part or the full program, function, display, activity line up, games, promotions, scheme, announced or unannounced before or during at the Festival venue without giving prior notice/information to the relevant Ticket holders.

PROMOTIONS AND MERCHANDISE
• You shall not bring into the Event venue or display or distribute (whether for free or not) during the Event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials, whether or not the same is in conflict with sponsor association of the Festival.
• Terms and Conditions for any kind of sale in the Festival area need to be approved by the Organiser(s) in advance. Details for the sale of parts in the flea market, Indoor & Outdoor Expo will be put up on the website separately.

ENTITELMENTS FOR IBW KIT:
• Guests who have not clearly marked out sizes for their T-shirts at the time of booking the tickets online will be given any size available on shelf at the point of pickup. Any request for a specific size shall be subject to availability of stock, Organizer’s discretion and may be refused.
• The T-shirts offered are manufactured in alignment with general fits and sizes. The sizes of T-shirts may vary from the typical sizes and Organizers do not guarantee a perfect fit of T - shirts. Organisers will not entertain any request for refunds or replacement/exchange of sizes or designs of T-shirts once they are ordered.
• Any item in the kit cannot be redeemed for cash at any point and any guest found to be indulging in soliciting or offering food coupons, magazine voucher, Expo voucher for sale anywhere will be liable for immediate exit from the Event venue and disqualified for re-entry.

INDEMNIFICATION, CANCELLATION, LIABILITY & JURISDICTION:
• Guest and Activity Participants attending India Bike Week, at their own expense, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the Organiser(s), sponsors, partners from and against any claim of injury and death, total or partial physical disability, health problems, negative emotional, mental effects, monetary damages, losses by participating & attending the festival and/or using event services, and/or taking part in the different competitions and/or games, races, rides related to motorsports and/or adventure strength competitions, including and not limiting to consuming Food and Beverage, on the festival grounds. You hereby further indemnify the organisers, sponsors, partners from any and against all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, injury & death, loss of goods and belongings, damage to self, and/or by property, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), by the participation and attendance at India Bike Week.
• The Ticket is issued on non-transferable & non-refundable basis, except in case of cancellation of Event by the Organisers or under the Terms of the Force Majeure Clause mentioned below.
• For purposes of refund of ticket price to guests, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event causing cancellation of commencement of India Bike Week Event that is not reasonably foreseeable, including but not limited to acts of God, fires, heavy rains, floods, natural calamity, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage, threats or actual acts of terrorism, major accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, State or National mourning, bandh called by any political party, section, etc., that prevent Organiser from furnishing the materials or equipment and organizing and executing the festival, and other like events and situations that are beyond its reasonable anticipation and control, despite its reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to its failure to perform its obligations.
• In case of the Event being cancelled under the above-mentioned terms, you will be entitled to claim a refund in respect of the Ticket from the Organiser(s). The refund will be granted subject to deduction of government taxes and other regulatory charges and costs incurred. All the claims for refund will only be processed after obtaining legal clearance from insurance settlements between the Organiser(s), Sponsors & Partners.
• All disputes, dispute resolution and legal matters are subject to THE JURISDICTION OF COURTS IN MUMBAI only.
• All riders / pillions & visitors hereby on registration for the Event accept and acknowledge the inherent dangers of participating in a Motor Bike Event and hereby agree to do the same at their own free will and are aware of the risk to injury, death or damage to property, self and others. All riders / pillions & visitors shall be solely responsible for their acts and the Organiser(s) do not accept any responsibility thereof whatsoever, on the part of the Organiser(s). The Organiser(s) and partners of India Bike Week are not liable for any prolonged illness, total or partial disability, death, injury, accident or trauma, which may result, from participation or from being present at the rides to and from the festival and the main festival itself.

INSURANCE
• Personal insurance is not included in the price of the Ticket for the Event. A guest participation in the Event that is a deemed notice to the Organizers that the guest is adequately insured for the full duration of the ride, race, competition, the event and thereafter as a result of the race, competition, ride & Event in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items and cancellation and curtailment. Your participation at the Event automatically implies that you have adequate life insurance cover.

COMMUNICATION
• It shall be your responsibility to read all information that is made available via emails, the website or handouts concerning the Event. Periodic updates on the Terms & Conditions will be flagged for reference.

Activities at IBW
• Entry into competitions/adventure activities/contests such as but not limited to IBW Flat Track, IBW Hill Climb, IBW Dirt Dash Track, IBW Mini Moto, Gulf Tiivra Track, Slow Race, Ring of Fire Jump, Wheelie Training, Burn Out, etc., (“Activities”) will be permitted to participants with valid online pre-registration and tickets only. Participants would be allowed register for these Activities on the spot subject to availability of slots on first cum first basis. Rights of admission and entry into Activities is reserved by the Organisers, even to valid wristband/pass holders and registered participants. Any participant/s with valid registration and tickets may be prohibited from participation if the Organisers consider the participant/s unfit for the Activities. Decision of the Organizers in this regard shall be final and binding.
• All participants of must arrange at their own expenses and wear appropriate safety gear prescribed by the instructors during their participation in the Activities. Wearing Helmet, Gloves and Shoes are mandatory. Any participant failing to comply with safety rules or the Activities will not be allowed to participate. Organiser’s and the Instructor’s decision pertaining to safety will be final and binding.
• You understand that your participation in the Activities is fully voluntary and further acknowledge the inherent risks associated with your participation. You fully understand that the Activities consists of motor vehicles and co-participants which brings the Organizer as well as participants to the risks of accidents, injuries, death, disability, loss and damages despite Organizer taking reasonable precautions. You have understood the Activities related and general rules, regulations, Activities related briefing and protocols given by the Organizer and you undertake to fully adhere to the same at all times. You hereby agree to accept the risks of your participation in the Activities.
• You hereby represent & declare that you are an adult in good mental and physical health and that you do not suffer from any medical condition presently or you are not under influence of any medication, drugs, alcohol which would alter your decision making capacities. You have made a full and true disclosure to the Organizer of your present medical condition and the medication advised for the same. You hereby give unconditional consent to the Organizer to administer medical treatment which may be deemed necessary or advised in case of an injury or illness to you during your participation and that you agree to meet all costs and expenses for such medical treatment. You understand that the Organizer has advised you to avail a appropriate accidental and medical insurance prior to your participation in the Activities.
• You declare and acknowledge that your actions during your participation in the Activities may put yourself, co-participants, Organizer personnel, crew, public at large, public property at risk of accident, injury, death, disability, damage and loss. You hereby undertake to exercise diligence, follow rules, regulations and laws, Activity rules and protocols at all times and refrain from rash actions during your participation at the Activities.
• You declare and agree to indemnify and keep indemnified, the Organizer and its personnel, directors, agents, vendors, sponsors HERO Motocorp, Harley-Davidson, Bajaj Auto, Suzuki, Prodirt Adventures, BAR Academy, Madcap, Reise Moto, Gulf Lubricants, public, private property holders, from an against all actions, claims, costs, expenses (including attorney fees), demands, prosecutions, in respect of death, disability, injury, loss, damage, to you, your property, co-participant, any person/s at the Event/Activities, public and private property owners, if any or otherwise howsoever and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed or occasioned by the negligence of the Organizer or a co-participant.
• You declare and agree to indemnify and keep indemnified, the the Organizer and its personnel, directors, agents, vendors, sponsors against death, disability, injury, loss, damage, to yourself, your property, co-participant, any person/s at the Event/Activities, public and private property owners caused due any defect in judgment, decisions made in the times of emergency, venue, track, logistics.

MEDIA CONTENT:

• Guests using personal devices for creating media content including but not limited to, vlogs, reels, shots, photographs, audio-video visuals, etc., at the Festival featuring the Festival or Activities or any part of Festival or Activities (“Content”) are strictly prohibited from making any commercial use and exploitation of such media content on any media platform.
• The Organisers allow personal use of Content subject to the broadcast/upload of such Content on social media platform or any such platform does not exceed three (03) minutes for each upload.
• Any breach of the Media Content terms and conditions shall be deemed to infringe the exclusive and proprietary intellectual rights of the Organisers in the Festival and the Organisers shall initiate legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights against such person/s.
• The Organisers do not permit use of drones and any such aerial devices at the Event without prior written permission. Guests intending to create content with use of drones or like devices must obtain prior written permission from the Organisers on paid basis.
• You declare and confirm that you will not create Content with an intent of rendering media/marketing services for any commercial purpose to any brands without prior written permission from the Organisers. The Organisers reserve their right to decline permission to any guest to create Content if the such Content could be in conflict with the interest of the Festival, Organisers, Sponsors, Partners or in general against the spirit of the Festival.
• You declare and confirm that you will abstain from broadcasting, posting, publishing media, contents, reports, in any form and medium which may disseminate incorrect, false, defamatory content, accident, incident in connection with the Festival, unless permitted by the Organisers in writing.

OTHER TERMS:
• Organizers reserve the right to photograph / video shoot any guests, their bikes, exhibits, stall / booth for their use and guests participating in the Event or at the Expo grant perpetual, irrevocable and unconditional consent and permission to the organizer to use any kind of static or motion footage for exploitation in any form of Media or Social Web setting as deemed fit and proper by the Organizer.
• The video production and broadcasting rights of India Bike Week 2024 are exclusively held by Orangefish Entertainment Private Ltd. Any video footage broadcast exceeding duration of three (03) minutes each of India Bike Week 2025 on any platforms including television, OTT or on social media through the internet, mobile data may infringe broadcasting rights of Orangefish Entertainment Private Limited and may attract prosecution by Orangefish Entertainment Private Limited.
• The India Bike Week Event and all intellectual properties in the Event including its trade mark, trade name, logo, design are exclusive property of Orangefish Entertainment Private Limited and its division Seventy Event Media Group. Any unauthorized use of the IP right and infringement of the IP rights pertaining to India Bike Week will be liable for prosecution and claim for compensation.
• By attending India Bike Week you automatically express consent on non-chargeable basis of your likeliness to be included in any photograph / video / film / audio footage (including the recordings by security cameras) during the Event in the Festival Area to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world by the Organiser(s).
• Your participation at the Event implies that you have read, understood and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions. All of the above Terms & Conditions are applicable to any and all Sponsors and Partners who have received complimentary tickets or bands to access the Event.
